GATE INFORMATION
All guests and vendors are required to enter and exit the 43rd avenue gate only.
Residents and emergency services are the only ones authorized to use the 5th St gate, with a RFID tag. No trailers are permitted through 5th St gate due to width.
Please limit giving your personal access code to trusted friends/guests only. The gate system will flag if a vendor is using a personal code and the personal code will be deactivated. A letter then is sent out to the resident informing them that their code has been compromised. The resident will then need to request a new personal code.
Residents
Form At-100 is used to setup the gate directory, issue personal gate codes and or RFID tags for vehicle access.

Vendors
Regular vendors (such as landscapers, cleaning services, pool maintenance) are assigned codes that allow them access from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with no Saturday or Sunday access. If you have a regular vendor that does not have an assigned code please have them download form AT-200 fill out and email to:

Vendors or subcontractors who need temporary access (such as moving vans, repairmen, plumbers, painters, electricians, cable services) are to be given the temporary gate code. These codes are good for the month.

How to let a guest in using the Gate Call Box.
-A guest can scroll through the index of last names then press # to call.
-Or enter lot number followed by # ……example 121# to call
-When you verify who is calling you can let them in by pressing 11 on your phone.
Open House
Arbor Trace uses a gate code for open house events
Residents can email gate@arbortrace.org to request the current Open House code. The code is good from 9am to 6pm 7 days a week. The code is for a realtor or homeowner to give out to perspective buyers.
